Thank you very much for your interest in our holiday apartment. To ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we would like to highlight a few important points:

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Please plan to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you have a late check-out, you do so at your own responsibility for any potential charges. Early check-in or Late check-out may be possible upon prior arrangement.

Guests from Minden: For reservations involving guests from Minden, we kindly ask for prior approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Number of Guests: For safety reasons, overnight stays are only permitted for the persons listed in your reservation. An additional, unregistered guest will be charged €30 per night.

Smoke- and pet-free accommodation: Our entire home is a smoke-free and pet-free zone to provide an allergy-friendly environment for all guests. We kindly ask you to respect this — failure to do so may result in a fee of €250.

Damages & Loss: If anything is damaged or lost during your stay, we would appreciate it if you could inform us before your departure. Honesty is highly valued by us.
