1. Scope of application and contracting parties: These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between the host (provider) and the guest for the rental of the holiday apartment - Ewigkeit. The contracting party is the provider as the landlord of the accommodation; the guest is the natural person making the booking.

2. Booking and formation of the contract: The booking is made by submitting a booking inquiry via the website. The contract comes into effect with the provider's explicit booking confirmation. The provider reserves the right to refuse bookings without giving reasons.

3. Scope of services: The contract concerns the provision of the booked accommodation including the facilities and services described in the offer. Changes or additions require written or text form and the consent of both parties.

4. Payment terms: A prepayment of the total amount is to be made before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer. Bank details will be transmitted securely separately and will not be published in the GTC.

5. Liability: The landlord is liable, to the extent permitted by law, for proper provision of the accommodation. The guest's liability covers damages arising from improper use, violation of house rules, as well as negligent or intentional misconduct.

6. Changes to the GTC, applicable law, and severability: The provider reserves the right to amend the GTC. Changes take effect after the specified notice period and will be communicated to the guest or published on the website. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these GTC be or become wholly or partly invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally closest applicable provision shall apply.
